Day 1

Day of arrival in Cape Town.  If times allows, some activities

Day 2

Our departure from Cape Town is headed towards Caledon. Before reaching Caledon, we will visit Dassiefontein Farm Stall. Then, we will head towards Montagu passing through the majestic Cogmanskloof mountain pass before finally arriving in Montagu. Beyond Montagu, we will take the road towards Oudtshoorn where we will spend the night. During our journey, we will also visit one or two wineries.

Day 3

This will be a very busy funfilled day starting with visits to the Cango Caves, Cango Wildlife Ranch, and an Ostrich farm. Next, we’ll take the Outeniqua Pass to George, and then the Kaaimans River Pass to Wilderness where we’ll spend the night.”

Day 4

From Wilderness, we’ll take the back roads to Nature’s Valley, passing through charming towns such as Hoekwil, Karatara, and Rheenendal before reaching Knysna. We’ll continue on, passing Plettenberg Bay until we reach our overnight destination in Nature’s Valley.

Day 5

Next, we’ll have a busy day filled with visits to the Elephant Sanctuary, Jukani Big Cats, Monkey Land, and Birds of Eden. After an exciting day spent meeting a variety of animals, we’ll head to Knysna, passing through Plettenberg Bay, where we’ll spend the night.

Day 6

Today we will spend the morning in Knysna, with a visit to the Knysna Waterfront, and a boat trip to the Knysna Heads, weather permitting. After lunch, we will continue along the coast to Mosselbaai where we will relax for the evening.

Day 7

Today we will continue our journey along the coast to Agulhas, the most southern point of Africa, which we will visit. Along our route, we will visit popular coastal towns like Gouritzmond, Stilbaai, Witsand, Waenhuiskrans, Struisbaai, and Suiderstrand. Our final night on the Garden Route tour will be spent in Agulhas.

Day 8

Today is our last day on the Garden Route tour as we continue along the coast. Before we stop in Cape Town tonight, we’ll have breakfast in Baardskeerdersbos and then head to Gansbaai before stopping in the well-known town of Hermanus for lunch. From there, we’ll take the most scenic and must-do drives where mountains meet the sea, with roads cut into the side of the mountains offering breathtakingly beautiful views over the ocean. And with these breathtakingly beautiful views, we’ll end our tour when we stop at our overnight destination in Cape Town.

Day 9
